Our fourth annual Snap Matter Swimsuit Edition is kicking off a month (maybe two) full of weekly published volumes, and here we are with Volume 4! Volume 4 features Florida cover model Jessica Perez, photographed by Rimmel. This marks a huge Snap Matter milestone, in the fact that Jessica is the only model to make the cover twice.
